Cancellation, Changes & Refund Policies

We understand things don’t always go to plan. Therefore any deposit you put down is 100% refundable if Pro Digs fails to find you accommodation. We use this deposit as a safety barrier to ensure both parties are serious about the agreement, covering resource cost for fuel and setting up of the property. If you have booked accommodation with Pro Digs, we understand that projects can sometimes overrun or finish prematurely. We negotiate these policies in detail within the contract giving all parties a clear understanding of the circumstances that may occur and how we deal with them. Additional fees may be incurred if such an event happens outside of the stated terms and conditions of the signed contract.

Check in & check out

Check in and check out times are flexible. Once the accommodation is set up,clients can come and go as they please, including staying over the weekend if desired. However we will need to be informed in advance, and there will be an extra cleaning fee for the weekendstays

House rules

We ask all guests to communicate in a respectful manner as there will be neighbours living around the accommodation. Loud music or shouting past quiet hours is not
permitted. No pets are allowed and smoking is only permitted outside of the accommodation. If
anything gets damaged or broken, please contact Pro Digs immediately so we can address the
issue. Any damaged or broken items will be chargeable to the client, we will conduct monthly
house item checks.

Liability limitations

Pro Digs accommodations are covered by insurance policies in case of any
accidents or damages during your stay. These will be discussed when signing your contract.
